CapsuleBridge AI — Privacy Policy

1. What CapsuleBridge AI is

CapsuleBridge AI is a Chrome extension that captures your AI session context and lets you inject it into other LLM chat interfaces (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.ai). It consists of a Chrome extension, an optional local bridge server that runs on your computer, and optional capture hooks.

2. Data we collect

We collect nothing. CapsuleBridge AI has no backend, no analytics, no telemetry, and no user accounts. There are no servers operated by CapsuleBridge AI or MarketInc AI that receive your session data.

3. How your data is stored

All data is stored exclusively on your local machine:

• Capsules (session context packages) are saved as JSON files on your computer
• The Chrome extension uses chrome.storage.local to cache capsule data in your browser — this never leaves your device
• The optional bridge server runs on localhost:7823 and only accepts connections from your own machine

4. Data shared with third parties

When you click “Inject,” the Capsule content is inserted into the input field of the target LLM (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). At that point the content is subject to the privacy policy of that LLM provider. CapsuleBridge AI itself does not transmit this data — you do, by submitting the message. We do not sell, share, or transmit your data to any third party.

5. Permissions used by the extension

• storage — to cache capsule data locally in your browser
• activeTab — to inject the Capsule button into the active LLM chat tab
• scripting — to insert capsule content into the LLM chat input
• alarms — to sync capsules from the bridge server periodically
• sidePanel — to show the capsule library in Chrome’s side panel
• host access to localhost:7823 — to read capsules from your local bridge server
• host access to chatgpt.com, claude.ai, gemini.google.com — to inject the Capsule button into these pages

6. Children’s privacy

CapsuleBridge AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance.
